A LITTLE CLARITY. A LOT LESS GUESSWORK.
Junk removal questions.
Clear answers.
Before the clutter goes, let’s clear up the questions. Find practical guidance on planning a junk pickup in Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley.
Quotes & scheduling
Start with the details of your job. Pricing and appointment arrangements are confirmed directly with you.
What should I send to get a quote?
Tell us your pickup town or ZIP code, the items and quantities, where they are located, and any stairs, narrow doors or parking restrictions. Include your preferred timing. If you email photos, show the entire pile and any unusually bulky pieces so we can understand the scope.
Prepare your pickup requestHow much does junk removal cost?
The item types, quantity, size, access and handling requirements all help define the job. We discuss your specific load before confirming a price. Ask about the complete amount, including any applicable minimum, disposal, special handling or travel costs, before agreeing to the pickup.
Understand the quote factorsCan I request a particular day or a short-notice pickup?
Yes. Share the day or deadline you have in mind. Availability must be confirmed directly, so a request does not reserve an appointment or guarantee same-day service. Mention a move-out date or building access window at the start of the conversation.
Does filling out the quote planner book a pickup?
No. The planner helps you describe the project. In email mode, it prepares a message that you review and send through your own email app. If direct submission is available, the form explains that separately. Either way, scheduling and pricing still need to be confirmed with you.
Items & special handling
A clear item list helps avoid surprises. Some materials need discussion before they can be included.
What kinds of items can I ask you to remove?
Start with household furniture, appliances, unwanted belongings and approved contents from a garage, basement or property cleanout. List anything unusual separately. We confirm the actual items and handling requirements before scheduling.
Explore services & item examplesCan I include a refrigerator, freezer or built-in appliance?
Ask first. Appliances containing refrigerant need appropriate handling, and built-in units may need preparation before hauling. Tell us the type, approximate size, location and connection status. Gas, electrical or plumbing connections should be made safe by a qualified professional; do not disconnect equipment just to request a quote.
Read the appliance removal guideWhat about electronics, tires or construction debris?
Identify these materials before adding them to a pickup. Acceptance, weight, handling and disposal options can differ from ordinary household clutter. Share exactly what you have and the approximate amount. Do not assume that mixed bags of debris can be treated as a standard household load.
Are there materials that should stay out of a standard pickup?
Keep hazardous materials, unknown liquids, asbestos and medical waste out of a standard junk-removal load. Tell us about chemicals, paint, fuel, propane or batteries separately. If a material is unidentified, leave it separate and discuss the appropriate disposal route instead of mixing it with other items.
Will everything be donated or recycled?
A specific donation or recycling outcome cannot be promised for every item. Options depend on its condition, material and the facilities accepting it. If an outcome matters to you, discuss it before scheduling or set those items aside for a separate arrangement.
Getting ready for pickup
Know what stays, describe the route out and agree on preparation before moving heavy items.
Does everything need to be outside?
Describe where the items currently are and discuss the collection point when planning the job. Do not move something heavy down stairs just to request a quote. Interior pickup, access and any preparation should be agreed before the appointment.
See the preparation checklistWhat if there are stairs or a narrow hallway?
Tell us which floor the items are on, how many flights are involved and whether an elevator is available. Mention tight turns, doorways and building rules. Photos of the access route can help explain a bulky furniture request, but the route still needs to be discussed.
How should I separate the things I want to keep?
Make a clearly marked keep area and check drawers, boxes and storage spaces for documents, keys, valuables and personal belongings. For a larger cleanout, make sure everyone involved agrees on the removal list before pickup day.
Plan a property cleanoutCan I add items after requesting a quote?
Contact us with the updated list before the pickup. Extra pieces can change the scope, time, handling requirements and price. Describe what changed so the plan can be reviewed before anything additional is removed.
Locations & property access
Bethlehem is at the heart of our service area. The exact pickup address and access plan are confirmed together.
Which parts of the Lehigh Valley do you serve?
We serve Bethlehem and the surrounding Lehigh Valley. Send your town or ZIP code so we can check your pickup location and discuss any travel requirements. The service-area page names nearby communities as a starting point; it is not an automatic availability check.
Check the service areaCan I arrange removal at a rental or someone else’s property?
The property owner or an authorized representative needs to approve the items and access arrangements. For rentals or shared properties, settle which belongings are authorized for removal before scheduling. Tell us who will confirm the scope at the pickup location.
Do I need to be at the property?
Discuss access and who can approve the removal list when arranging the job. Do not assume an unattended pickup is confirmed. Building entry, parking, keys, gates and any on-site contact should be agreed in advance.
Can I drop items off at your business?
This website does not list a public drop-off facility. Contact us to discuss collection at your property. If your item needs a specialist disposal facility, confirm that facility’s requirements directly before making a trip.
A LITTLE MUSCLE. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.
Let’s talk about your load.
Send your item list, pickup town and access details. We’ll take it from there, together.
