HOME & PROPERTY CLEANOUTS · BETHLEHEM & LEHIGH VALLEY
Less in the way.
More room to live.
Some projects are bigger than a single item. Whether you’re clearing a garage, preparing for a move or sorting a property, start with a plan for what stays and what goes.

START WITH YOUR ITEMS
What’s ready to go?
These are good starting points for your request. We’ll confirm the specific items and handling requirements before scheduling.
- Garage & basement clutter
- Spare-room cleanouts
- Moving & downsizing leftovers
- Rental property contents
- Storage-area cleanouts
A plan for the whole space.
Getting the garage or basement back
Start by identifying what still belongs there. Separate tools, seasonal items and family keepsakes from the unwanted contents. Describe the remaining load by area and item type, rather than only the room’s square footage.
Preparing for a move or property handoff
Share the handoff date, who will provide access and which contents are approved for removal. If several people are sorting the property, settle the keep-or-remove decisions before scheduling the loadout.
A smoother pickup starts here.
1. Define the space
Tell us which rooms or areas need attention and roughly how full they are. A list of bulky items helps describe the scope.
2. Separate the keeps
Mark what should stay. Put documents, valuables, family keepsakes and items you want to donate yourself in a separate area.
3. Flag anything unusual
Mention sharp materials, chemicals, pests, damp areas or difficult access early. Some materials need a specialist rather than a standard cleanout.
What shapes a cleanout quote?
How much is being removed. A few shelves of boxes and a packed room are different projects. Describe the number of areas, approximate amount of material and the largest or heaviest pieces.
Where the contents are. Mention basement stairs, attic access, locked storage areas and parking. Note whether items are gathered in one place or spread across several floors or buildings.
What needs separate attention. Flag appliances, electronics, chemicals and other special materials in the inventory. Their presence can change the accepted load, disposal arrangements and scope of work.
Our junk removal pricing guide explains the information that helps establish a quote. For your specific items, send a pickup request.
Good to know.
This service concerns removal of approved contents. Demolition, remediation, hazardous-material handling and deep cleaning are not included in a standard junk-removal request.
For bulky pieces within a larger project, the furniture removal guide covers measurements, access and questions about disassembly.
Questions about home & property cleanouts.
Can I arrange a cleanout for someone else’s property?
The property owner or an authorized representative should approve what is removed and arrange access. Make sure everyone agrees about items to keep before scheduling.
Do I need to sort everything before requesting a quote?
You can start the conversation while sorting. Explain what is definitely going and what is undecided. Before the removal itself, identify the approved items clearly so belongings you intend to keep are not part of the load.
Does a cleanout include taking out fixtures or deep cleaning?
This guide covers removal of approved contents. Built-in fixtures, demolition, remediation and deep cleaning are separate work. Describe anything attached to the property or any condition that needs specialist attention before a pickup is planned.
