Preparing an email request

The pickup planner uses the service, location, item description and timing you enter to prepare a request in your browser. Preparing the request does not send it to Lehigh LoadOut. The details are held in the page’s temporary state, with no application storage in cookies or local storage.

If you choose “Email my quote request,” your email application receives the prepared text. You control whether to send that email. Your email provider handles it under its own privacy practices. Downloading a plan saves a text file to your device.

Contacting Lehigh LoadOut

When you call or email us, you share the information needed to discuss your project and reply to you. Avoid including sensitive personal information in item descriptions. Contact contact@lehighloadout.com with questions about information you have provided or to request its correction or deletion.

Direct form submissions

If direct online submission is enabled, the form will ask for your name, email, optional phone number and permission to contact you. Submitting sends those details and your pickup information to the service connected to process the request. The form reports whether delivery was confirmed. A request does not create a booking.

Website operation

This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and brand images are served with the website. The hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. If direct submissions are enabled, temporary request counters help limit abuse.
